Quality control

The quality of all our products and components is controlled by a quality assurance system that underlies everything we do, from taking an order, through to delivery, commissioning and servicing.

Stringent inspections ensure that our products meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. Every complete gear unit is checked on a test bench at its nominal speed.

Quality testing

Non-destructive material tests (EN 473):

• Ultrasound (UT)

• Visual check (VT)

All our test and inspection equipment is chosen, installed, operated and maintained according to the appropriate standards and guidelines, and housed in air-conditioned rooms.

Test documentation to the requirements of EN 10204 / ISO 10474.

Acceptance tests by classification companies and inspection authorities.
