BHS wins best supplier award     (deutsche version)

Hitachi Plant Technologies Ltd., Tokyo, has awarded BHS Getriebe GmbH the title of best supplier worldwide for 2006.

Hitachi Plant Technologies President and CEO Masaharo Sumikawa said that BHS turbo gearboxes play an important part in the success of his company’s process compressors, and that he wished to strengthen the partnership with BHS in the future.

Hitachi Plant Technologies, which develops and sells industrial plants and equipment, has more than 7,000 employees and a turnover of more than €10 billion. The Hitachi group, which became a BHS customer only a few years ago, has rapidly emerged as one of BHS’s most important customers in Japan.
