BHS certified for environmental protection and occupational health and safety / plant safety

Following more than a year of preparation and testing, BHS Getriebe GmbH has been granted DIN EN ISO 14001:2005 certification for its environmental management system. The company was also granted OHRIS certification (which corresponds to the ILO-OSH 2001 international standard) for occupational health and safety and plant safety. Together with the DIN EN ISO 9001:2001 quality management system, these form part of the integrated management system at BHS Getriebe GmbH. The environmental protection and occupational health and safety certificates were presented by Dr. Otto Wiesheu, Bavarian state minister for economics, during a meeting with the company board.
